About Jess
She is now a chartered Sport Psychologist, HCPC registered and has a certificate in Humanistic counselling from the Gestalt Centre in London. Jess has also been personally mentored by Professor Steve Peters (best-selling author of The Chimp Paradox).
Her academic qualifications have given Jess an excellent foundation that help her understand the needs of individuals and how to help them make positive changes in their lives.
Jess has over six years of experience working in elite sport and has worked in a number of different professional sports clubs including Wasps Rugby, Southampton, Bristol City and Wycombe Wanderers Football Clubs and the British Olympic Bobsleigh team. She also works with athletes from a wide range of individual and team sports from as young as eight-years- old to adult professionals competing internationally.
Jess has competed at a high level in figure skating and as a semi-professional freestyle skier. In her free time Jess loves to travel, play tennis and is always busy planning her next skiing adventure. She grew up in the UK, India and Japan (speaking Japanese fluently).
